These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Letter Mail, Inc. ("Letter", "we", "us") governing your use of letter.click and the Letter email service (the "Service"). By creating an inbox or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Letter. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly at support@letter.click if you suspect unauthorised use.
2. The Service
Letter provides a private, ad-free email mailbox at an @letter.click address. We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change or improve features over time.
3. Fees, billing and cancellation
- Letter costs $5 per month per inbox, billed in advance through our payment processor.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give you notice before any price change.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Letter lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Sending spam, phishing, malware or illegal content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
5. Your content
Your mail is yours. You retain all rights to the content in your mailbox. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, transmit, back up and display your content solely to operate the Service for you.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or our policies, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that harms Letter or others. You may close your account at any time. On termination we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Letter is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Letter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Letter against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your home country.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give notice of material changes; continuing to use Letter after they take effect means you accept them.
